Integrated School of Yoga

Namaste! Integrated School of Yoga teaches the Purna Yoga method. Purna means to integrate or combine. It  is a yoga method for the modern person which combines all the great yoga methods into one "method-of-methods". We practice the vision of Swami Asuri Kapila, to cultivate the theory of Aurobindo, the practice of Sivananda, and the spirituality of Ramana Maharshi. This school celebrates the diversity of every person and offers growth in yoga to practitioners of all levels, passions, and backgrounds.

The school offers daily classes in different yoga styles.
